Supported Accessibility Features
All Civic Suite apps—CivicScope, ExecutiveScope, and JudicialScope—support the following accessibility features:
VoiceOver
Full VoiceOver support with descriptive labels and hints for all interactive elements, enabling complete navigation for blind and low-vision users.
Voice Control
Navigate and interact with our apps using only your voice. All buttons and controls are accessible via voice commands.
Larger Text
Full Dynamic Type support including the largest accessibility text sizes. Text scales smoothly to your preferred size.
Dark Interface
Complete Dark Mode support that follows your system preference, reducing eye strain in low-light conditions.
Reduced Motion
Animations and transitions respect the Reduce Motion setting, providing a calmer experience for users sensitive to motion.
Sufficient Contrast
Text and interactive elements meet WCAG contrast guidelines. Our glass effects gracefully fall back to solid colors when needed.
Differentiate Without Color
Information is never conveyed by color alone. Icons, labels, and patterns accompany color indicators throughout the apps.
Reduce Transparency
Glass and blur effects automatically switch to solid backgrounds when Reduce Transparency is enabled.

Biometric Authentication
Our apps support multiple biometric authentication methods with proper accessibility considerations:
- Face ID - Supported on compatible iPhones and iPads
- Touch ID - Supported on compatible devices
- Optic ID - Supported on Apple Vision Pro
- Passcode Fallback - Always available when biometrics are unavailable
Clear error messages are provided when authentication fails, and users are never locked out of essential functionality.
Design Principles
Clear Visual Hierarchy
Our apps use consistent typography, spacing, and visual weight to create a clear information hierarchy that's easy to scan and understand.
Touch Targets
All interactive elements meet Apple's recommended minimum touch target size of 44x44 points, with larger targets (60x60 points) on Vision Pro for eye and hand tracking.
Semantic Structure
Content is organized with proper heading levels and semantic grouping, enabling efficient navigation with assistive technologies.
Focus Management
When navigating with VoiceOver or keyboard, focus moves logically through the interface and is clearly visible at all times.
